Pack n Pick stores warehouse accounts, orders, inventory, and device trust records on Convex so the floor can stay live. We use that data to run pick lists, packing, inventory counts, and billing for your organization.

Password reset and new-device codes are emailed through Resend from noreply@updates.abyssaltech.com. We do not sell warehouse data.

If you cancel a paid warehouse, we keep the company records for 120 days so you can come back, then we delete them.
